adobe install crashed mid-way, now saying I've used up serial number

Hi there,

I have a version of adobe premiere elements (on CD) that I've never used. I went to go install it, and the installation crashed part way through and I received some errors. I tried to run the install again (5 min later), but this time I coudn't get to install screen as it kept telling me my pin was invalid. Clearly, it must have logged in the install as my download option. Any suggestions?

    What version of Premiere Elements?

    When you say PIN, do you mean a 24 digit serial number (Don't post it here on this public forum.)?

    Sarahs33583044, I am sorry, but I am not familiar with the error you are experiencing while installing Premiere Elements.  What is the exact text of the error you are receiving?  If it does not contain personal information, such as a serial number, then can you please post a screenshot of the error?  For information on how to post a screenshot see FAQ: How do I capture and post a screen shot or video? .
