Adobe installation failure

Hi, when installing adobe products, we always get the following error message:
Update required.
your browser or operating system is no longer supported.
you may need to install the latest updates for your operating system
We are in W10 20H2 19042

Hello,

We respect the list of Adobe requirements on the website :
OS W10 20H2 Build 19042

Browser IE11, Chrome, Edge Chromium
Is there a build required? or a security update KB?
We can't install any adobe product anymore, we have systematically this blocking message
