"Adobe Installer: Downloading creative cloud desktop" NOT Installing??

I'm a PC user and yesterday purchased Creative Cloud so I can do University work from home.
When I have tried to use the Adobe installer to download the desktop creative cloud, this happens:

It freezes in this place each time- I have uninstalled the installer and re-tried time and time again.
Does anyone know what I can do so I can actually use the creative cloud? This is a time sensitive issue as well so any quick responses will be greatly appreciated!

  2. Reinstall CC Desktop Application using Download Adobe Creative Cloud apps | Free Adobe Creative Cloud trial
