adobe installer failed to initiliaze for adobe indesign cc as well as cs6 for macbook pro. what to do? I have restarted used cleanup tool and tried to uninstall the existing programs, but it wouldn't help. The error keeps on coming. Need urgent help.

Hi, i completed all the process. While updating application manager I get

error A12E5. Now what should I do.


Step 1)


Click on below link and keep open CS 6 page , simply keep it open .

Step 2)

After opening CS 6 page , click on below link and download Adobe Creative Cloud direct installer file.

http://trials2.adobe.com/AdobeProducts/KCCC/1/osx10/ACCCx3_4_1_181.dmg

If we do not keep CS 6 page open , we will get error as Access Denied.

Let me know whether you had tried with steps mentioned in below links ?

Follow below steps :

Step 1)

Launch Activity Monitor and "Force Quit" all the process related to Adobe like Creative Cloud, CoreSync, AAMupdater, AAMupdater notifier, Adobe Crash demon , PDAPP, install , setup... from Activity monitor.

Step 2)

1) Right click on Finder icon and  select "Go-To" Folder option.
2) You will get a text box, type-in below command and then hit 'Return' key.

/library
  3)Then navigate to Application Support>Adobe.

Open Adobe folder and rename OOBE folder to OOBE-old.

Step 3)

Trash Adobe Application Manager folder from Applications>Utilities.

Step 4 )

Click on the below link and download Adobe Application Manager and install the same :

http://download.adobe.com/pub/adobe/creativesuite/cc/mac/ApplicationManager9.0_all.dmg

Once the installation process is completed, installation box will disappear, then open Application folder and locate Adobe Application manager launch icon , double click on it and update .

Once the update is completed.

Try to install CS 6 again .

Are you trying to install CS 6 and getting error or are you getting error while installing Adobe Application Manager itself ?
