ADOBE IS A SCAM

Question

They took advantage of me when I signed up for a monthly plan. I was forced to pay an egregious cancellation fee. They purposely try to confuse you when you enroll, making it seem like your plan is truly month to month. I will never be an Adobe customer again and I encourage everyone else to use a competitor. I plan on sharing my negative experience to the biggest audience I can, so I can prevent this company from taking advantage of other innocent customers.
