adobe is charging me for all the apps plus photography plan

should i have to pay for to  plans  the all aps and photo plan 

 

I recently went with the all apps plan and paid for the annual subscripiton rate.

 

I've been using the photography plan with a one TB upgrade making it a total of 2 TB

 

I've reached out 3 or 4 times to try to get this billing straightend out, each time nothing comes of it .

 

This isn't the good experience i've had with adobe in the past

 

So i have to ask myself what am i doing wrong. Should i be expected to pay for two plans ?

I suspect that if you didn't cancel the photography plan when you purchased the all apps plan, then you're still subscribed to it. In any case, you are going to have to work with customer support to resolve subscription and billing issues.

If the CSR refers you to the forums, insist on speaking with a supervisor and keep moving up the chain until you get someone who knows what they are talking about.
