Adobe is running a scam

Never imagined a company like Adobe would be running such a scam. I have nver seen any other company charging a subscrption cancellation fee for products that I nver used. I just signed up for free trial then never used it and now I have to pay the cancellation fee. Just pathetic. This is the hard earned money you are taking away.

You have to cancel the subscription within 14 days of signing up for the free trial or it automatically starts the subscription. You are told about the cancellation fee on the sign-up page and in more depth on the Subscription and Cancellation Terms page, which is linked to. You paid for access to the application(s), and Adobe supplied access. Whether you use the service or not has no effect on the subscription.
