Adobe keep charging me for a product I have canceled long ago

Hello,

I  used a trial version of Adobe Dreamweaver and requested a cancelation before the end of the trial period. The agent assured me there will be no charge since I didn't finish the trial period. I found 2 charges on my bank statement  December 4 and January 4. I tried to reach the customer service but with a series of questions, the website redirects me to a discussion forum. is there anyone who can help me with this issue.

Thanks,

Rahel

  1. Use a desktop browser like Chrome or Firefox that accepts cookies and does not have script blocker add-ons.
  2. Log-in with your Adobe ID and password at the link below.

  3. When the Chat dialoge opens, select Managing my accoun.  See screenshots.
  4. And then select Solve my billing or account issue.

Optionally, you could call on the phone during normal business hours (M-F).  But wait times can be rather long.

Actually, I think Rajashree Bhattacharya  typically handles odd account issues like that.
