Adobe keep taking money and I can't stop it

Same happend with me. they in fact steal your money even in fact you wanna quit using the adobe pro for pc. in the beginning of this month they took money from my bank account. i can`t ask for a refound...so what do i do???  this is like spitting on the face of the user, you do not treat your costumers in a store like even this... if you don`t wanna keep your account they even punish you with saying you have to pay a certaint amount of money to get it closed in a month or 4. maybe a year in front.... this is like a mob method and rude as h""l ... in A year i only have used adobe pro for my videos 4 or five times because i am new in creating videos content on youtube. So i needed a software to help me with editing videos, to create with cool help tools....it cost me a lot and it pisses me off that most of my money flew out the vindow. my advice never download adobe pro....it cost at you can have a lot of problems with them taking money from your account. i am in fact shocked that no one can have their money back .. and they treat people like " Oh you are the problem" i guess i never read 2 much about the software and policy.... i Want my money back
