Adobe keeps asking me to license the software again Windows 10

Hi

I am using CS6 Design and Web Premium on Windows 10. After disk crash I've installed the software one again and I could licenses it successfully. The problem is after every windows restart. Adobe asked me to license the software again. After logging in and licensing it works. And so on (always with administrator rights).

Could you please help me? Thank you very much in advance.
