Adobe keeps rejecting my name and password. Is there someone I can reach to resolve this?

I am trying to install Adobe Flash Player on my new computer.  I created an account with Adobe but every time I input my name and password the little blue box just shakes and nothing happens.  Isn't there anyone I can speak to help?  I can sign in to my account but that's not helping download the app.  Thanks.

You do not normally need to sign in to download anything from Adobe, particularly the free offerings such as Flash Player and Acrobat Reader.  IF you are on a Mac it might be your computer's security that is asking you to sign in.

Here's how to open apps that apple should not be blocking:

If it is not a Mac can you show a scvreenshot of the sign-in box you say shakes?

Thank you! It worked! The problem was that (new computer) I needed to

enter my password in the security section.
