Indesign works normally, but seeing this error message every single time I use Indesign drives me nuts. How can I fix this? I browsed the forums but most threads regarding this error are old and none of them had a fixed that worked for me.

    Correct answer Govardhan.V

I activated the hidden admin account, but it's still the same: Application Manager and License Utility keep crashing and crashing and crashing.

Thanks for your help, Brucgovn , but this is a waste of time. These Adobe programs behave like rootkits; there's just no way of removing them properly without formatting my hard drive.

In this case , it is necessary to check with error log files once to find out the cause of crash.

I recommend you to contact Adobe Support via Live chat once, they can even remote access computer and fix the issue.

You can give a try :

    Contact Customer Care

Feel free to post the update.

Thanks, but "Licensing has stopped working" is not the error message I get. The error message I get seems to be an issue with the .exe of the License Utility, not the license as such.

I check out the link anyway. Unfortunately, the License Repair Tool doesn't seem to change anything. I have trouble following the other instructions. the Felxnet folder don't exist in the first place. The Adobe PCD folder is likewise absent, so I can't follow the later proposed solutions. I already did a reinstall, but it didn't change anything.

    1. Close the Creative Cloud application.
    2. Navigate to the OOBE folder.
      Windows: [System drive]:\Users\[user name]\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
      Mac OS: /Users/[user name]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE

    3. Delete the opm.db file.
    4. Launch Creative Cloud.
