Adobe License Website Not Authorized User

I need to find my serial number for work, in order to be able to make an expenses claim, but when I try to log on to the adobe licensing website it says:

Adobe does not recognize you as an authorized user of this website. Please contact Adobe for assistance.

And of course I can't find a way to actually contact Adobe for assistance. So here I am! Any ideas of why this is or how I can get hold of my serial number?

Thanks in advance

If you use Photoshop or Illustrator, go to Help: System Info > click Copy > paste to Word, TextEdit, etc. > do a search for the word "serial"

Normally only one person in a company logs on to the licensing web site, to control licenses and billing. That person is also responsible for helping everyone else in the company. Adobe will not talk to those other people at all. So, you need to find your company's Adobe administrator.

Tip: Creative Cloud has no serial numbers.

What software?

FYI:

Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device to start the interaction.
