I have a certified version of the Adobe Master Collection, with a code and everything, totally legal and bought. But when I try to install it, my macbook på (OS X 10.9.5) recognizes it as a pirate copy/ an illegal versian and automatically stops the downloading.... I've tried this many times, and I have also followed the steps of using the Adobe Creative Cloud cleaner, but still no resault.... WHY? how can I download this to my computer? Also when I download the program not using the CD but the link online, it still doesn't work...

Hi Sofie,

CS 5.5 was never tested on MAC 10.9.X, this might be one of the reasons that it can give you these kinds of errors/warnings.

I will suggest you to downgrade your OS to some previous versions mentioned in the document above.
