Adobe membership

Hello,
last year I applied for 1 year membership, it was May 15, 2017, how do I extend my membership, is it automatic or do I have to again? I want to use it again, I was dropped this month and there is no order in my account history.
I apologize in advance for English, I am from the Czech Republic.

Hi Andrea,

I see you have an Adobe account under the same ID as with forums, however, there is no active subscription under this ID.

Do you have an active subscription under a different ID? The subscription auto-renews itself after one year.

As you mentioned that there is no order under account history, were you paying for the subscription a year before? Which subscription did you purchase? Did you receive any email?

If you think the subscription is on a different ID, kindly send us the ID in a private message so that we can check the details.

I have all the same and a year ago I got an email, and then the payments all year and now despite the fact that the product ended so the payment went away but in the history I have nothing. Is it strange, where should I send it? thank you very much.
