Adobe muse downloading

Question

My Muse won't download. It says downloading in the App Manager but shows moving grey stripes for hours. When I try to download the trial version I get a corrupted file. Any suggestions. Getting very frustrated with this cloud already.

Was Adobe Muse or any other Adobe applications previously installed?

I would recommend beginning by reviewing your log files to determine where the installation or download failure occured.
