Adobe muse downloading

My Muse won't download. It says downloading in the App Manager but shows moving grey stripes for hours. When I try to download the trial version I get a corrupted file. Any suggestions. Getting very frustrated with this cloud already.

    Was Adobe Muse or any other Adobe applications previously installed?

    I would recommend beginning by reviewing your log files to determine where the installation or download failure occured.  You can find details on how to locate and interpret the installation logs at Troubleshoot with install logs | CS5, CS5.5, CS6 - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/troubleshoot-install-logs-cs5-cs5.html.
