Adobe music and beds for commercial use

Hi, I'm just curious if the background music and beds that Adobe provides on any of its software programs can be utilized for commercial usage? I'm unclear on what can be used and what the limitations are. Also, does anyone know what a good source is for finding background music for videos that is legal to use and possibly royalty-free? Thank you.
