Adobe not optimized for MAC

Question

I recently updated my Mac to Mojave 10.14.3 and have been getting messages like this for my Adobe applications:

"Adobe Applications Manager Utilities not optimized for your Mac and needs to be updated."

"Adobe Elements 11 Organizer not optimized for your Mac and needs to be updated."

And so on with other Adobe applications like LR and Reader. I've had frequent crashes of PSE since this update.

I asked an Apple forum about this and was told to go to Adobe.

Does anyone know what's going on here and how I can fix it?

I have also had issues with this and have not received an answer from Adobe. The only app I have not been able to install is Animate. Works great on another machine that has 10.14.0 installed but not on my main one that 10.14.3. Hopefully someone here will way in and help solve the mystery.
