Hello everyone I am requesting a question because I don’t know how to cancel the subscription for this year that was renewed so if someone from adobe can see my message, my subscription was automatically renewed on July 22, 2026. I am requesting an immediate cancellation and a refund for the renewal that was charged yesterday, within the applicable withdrawal/refund period.

When you cancel your introductory trial within the 14-day cancellation window, you’ll receive an automatic refund. Allow 10-14 days for processing.
No refunds are sent when cancelled after 14 days.
