  • I have been a Adobe customer for around 4 years now so as a loyal customer I expect someone to resolve my situation but phone lines are no help as it takes ages to get a hold of them. I have two subscriptions for student adobe creative cloud. One charging me £16.24 and the other charging me £24.96. Without any notification they started charging me more money. I have two subscriptions but only need one. Both payments going on one card which I cannot afford!. I use to only get charged £16.24 which I was fine with. I need help cancelling one and I refuse to pay the fee as I've given too much of my working to this company and as I am still a customer I want the £24.96 you have been charging me to be scraped ASAP.

Definately chase up Adobe support about this, im sure they'll be reasonable about it.

I had a similar problem a few years ago (bought one subscription, bought the wrong one, cancelled the first one, bought another one, but the first hadnt cancelled properly so i go billed twice) and it can be fixed, worst case scenario go to your bank and ask that they charge back the transaction.

My names Joe and im an expert painter from Melbourne, Australia, need painting advice? Come say hi!

"Without any notification they started charging me more money."

FYI:  The Student rate is 60% off for the first year only.  After which the rate goes up to about 40% off until you cancel which is still a great deal.  Evidently, your introductory rate ended.  See the terms & conditions you agreed to below.
