Adobe PDF Printer for Acrobat DC Only Allows Manual Double-Sided in Publisher

Hi all.

I've tried uninstalling and re-installing the driver multiple times under printers in Windows 10 settings.

I follow these instructions: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/add-pdf-printer-manually.html

When I go to print something to a PDF in Publisher, I get the option of printing one sided (which messes up the file; it HAS to be double sided because it's 2 pages per sheet front and back), Manual 2 Sided Print - Flip On Long Edge, and Manual 2 Sided Print - Flip on Short Edge

The problem I have is that because it's "manual" it prompts me to go through a setup wizard and save a new PDF file for each and every page. It never did this before. Previously, it just printed it "double-sided" and pg 1 would be the front of the first 2 items and then pg 2 would be the back of the first 2 items....

I have tried going under "Help" in Acrobat and repairing the software, but that has not helped either.

This issue just arose within the last week. I do not understand why I'm unable to print to PDFs like I used to. When I go under devices and printers, it says that the Adobe PDF Converter is NOT capable of duplexing, and there's no way I can see to change it.

Please help. I need this for my business.
