Adobe Photo

Sounds like you're logged in to a FREE plan and not a PAID Photography Plan.  Fresco is not part of the Photography plan. 

Photography plan:

• Photoshop, and Photoshop on iPad.
• Photoshop Lightroom on desktop, mobile, and the web.
• Photoshop Lightroom Classic.
• Portfolio.
• Spark with premium features.
• Bridge.
• 20 GB cloud storage (upgradable to 1 TB)

1. Open CC Desktop App.
2. Click the gear icon > General tab > Settings. Select "Always keep Creative Cloud up to date."
3. Click on your Avatar (top right image).
4. Sign-out of Creative Cloud.
5. Close all apps.
6. Restart your computer.
7. Open CC Desktop app.
8. Click your Avatar.
9. Sign-in with your paid ID and password.

your ps and lr should no longer be listed as trials.  if that's not true, contact adobe support.
