Adobe photo shop Elements 12

Question

I am trying to down load it to a second computer.At the down load site I click on 1 of 1.After down loading it wants to open with Internet Explorer.When I click on open it does nothing. Wnat can I do?

You can download the trial version of the software thru the page linked below and then use your current serial number to activate it.
