Adobe Photoshop 5.5 installation on a Windows 11 Machine

Question

I have been a long time user of Adobe Photoshop version 5.5 and have been using it without issue on my Windows 10 laptop. I recently purchased a new laptop that has Windows 11 and no CD rom drive. How can I download this version or move it from my current laptop to the new one.

Buy an external DVD drive that connects to the USB port

Or see if that very old version is available to download

According to this, everything before 2021 MAY have been removed... but, try the links for yourself

IF/When you do have a download, be sure to copy it to AT LEAST one external device
-since Adobe does sometimes remove old versions from the server
-a usb flash drive or external hard drive, or write to a DVD
-plus a text file containing your serial number if you have a serial number program
