Adobe Photoshop 7.0 to Windows 8.1 system?

I have an older version Photoshop 7.0 on disc. i was able to install it on my Windows 7 system with no problems but now with Windows 8.1, there is no auto start when I insert the disc. Is there any way to make this installation? I am used to using 7.0 and it has served me well. I didn't want to go through the expense and pain of re-learning a newer, updated version at this time. Thanks for any help I can get!
