Adobe Photoshop CC 2017下载出错，错误代码“113”

通过Creative Cloud客户端更新Photoshop CC 2017时总是出错，错误代码“113”。更新其他的Adobe软件都成功了，就PS和camera raw出现这个问题。使用的是校园网，电脑系统是win 10 Pro build 1607，安装日志见链接：http://pan.baidu.com/s/1c2cJgDq 密码：fco1。

To troubleshoot Error Code 113 please try network and connectivity steps mentioned on:- Troubleshoot Adobe Creative Cloud download and install issues​.
