Hello

It's my first time to install Adobe Photoshop CC 2017 and it seems stuck at 0% after clicking the install button.

I have already tried

Signing off and signing in back a couple of times already.

Restarted the computer

Closed Creative Cloud

nothing working

What should I do?

NOTE:

Running at

Mac OS Sierra 10.12.2

in a

MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Early 2015)

apply as many steps as applicable:

uninstall everything cc including preferences, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html

then uninstall the cc desktop app, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

restart your computer (don't skip this)

reinstall the cc desktop app, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud. (if you have a win os, right click the exe > click 'run as administrator'.

use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials
