Adobe Photoshop CC license reverts to trial

Hello everyone!

If somebody can help me? I can't reach the programme (Photoshop). When I try to open it, there is a window with license which loaded for a long time period. And finally I get the message that my license doesn't work because trial period is finished. It's strange because I've got 1 year plan for photographers (until 2019)...

I've already tried to reinstall the programme but it still doesn't work...
