Adobe Photoshop Elements 10 Installation Issues

Dear Adobe,

I'm very frustrated with the installation process of your program. It has failed multiple times and there is no support other than this forum which is very annoying. I have contacted the Sydney office only to be on hold for 25 minutes and then it disconnted. I then phoned the Melbourne office and was on the phone to a young man who was from the cloud department who informed me the only support was via the forum.

Please contact me ASAP with support as I have purchased this program for University and have a major assessment that relies on our ability to use Adobe Photoshop.
