Should I purchase as complete/full/new (as opposed to upgrade) both Adobe Photoshop Elements and Premiere Elements 11 over a PURCHASED Adobe Premiere Elements 10 and an EXPIRED TRIAL Adobe Photoshop Elements 10?

thanks..one quick additional question just to be sure:

And that will include all "parts"....the separate ORGANIZER....and the Create functions for making cards and scrapbook pages - which I can't get to now?
