Adobe Photoshop Elements 8.0

I purchased a new DELL laptop which does not have a disc drive. I have an old version of Elements, Elements 8.0, which I would like to transfer to my new laptop. Although there are English downloads for Elements 7.0 & 9,0. there is no English download for 8.0. I have the Serial Number for the product, but if there is no download it is useless. Any suggestions?
