Adobe Photoshop Elements in English, Update in Spanish

I have a Adobe Photoshop Elements Language Version: 8.0.0 (8.0 (20090905.r.605812)) Operating System: Windows 7 64-bit in english, But I want to upgrade to last version in spanish, Can I upgrade this way? or I need to buy a full version again?, Regards,

You will need to purchase an upgrade of Photoshop Elements 11 and choose the language for Spanish. We no longer offer language swaps for Photoshop Elements 8 since it is not the current version of the software.
