Adobe photoshop Installer Freezing at 21.5%

Hey!

I'm currently trying to install Adobe photoshop, but every time, it stops at 21.5% and will not move forward.  Yes, I am on Catalina, but I don't believe that should be impacting the installation?  It is the most recent version of Adobe photoshop. 

Any help is greatly appreciated,

So....I've updated my MAC to Catalina - now when I go to import photos into Lightroom I cannot view the thumbnails - they are just grey squares? Any thoughts would be much appreciated 🙂
