Adobe photoshop license double boot

you will be using the same license on both, but (in your scenario) each os will count as a different device. ie, you are allowed to install and use on an unlimited number of devices, and using on two devices is no problem. but if you try to use on a third device, you will be prompted to sign out from one of the other two.
