Adobe phtoshop doesn't take in account my subscription and shift on trial version mode.

HI

I had an old cloud subscription I stopped end of may. I took a new one today but with only photshop. Subscription ok, credit card ok. I installed the new photoshop 2014 and I had this message (in french) " nous ne parvenons pas à contrôler votre abonnement" (we can't control your subscription) and I got a trial version of...12 days...

    sign out and then back in to your cc desktop app.

    I'm having the same problem, I have snow leopard and had to download app via app manager. When i launch (InDesign in my case) it goes directly to sign in, I do, then it gives me the expired trial message with no options. I tried quitting and relaunching via application manager, but same thing happens. Also, will I get a desktop version of this, or do I always have to access via application manager??

    uninstall, clean and reinstall per Use the CC Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems | CC, CS3-CS6

    make sure you use the same adobe id to download that you used to purchase your cc subscription.
