Adobe Portfolio- Cant sign up because of location

Hello. i am an international student in Canada, and i can't sign up for Adobe portfolio site. It says that "it is not available in your country" but my fellow clasmates are able to access it.  How can change my behance page to portfolio site? Any suggestions?
