Adobe Portfolio Colors not working

Hello, I am on a Windows computer and have downloaded the Creative Cloud app. I was able to edit my site, but then all of a sudden, Adobe Portfolio stopped showing all of the colors on my site and wouldn't show any colors to change. The light and dark theme options aren't working either. I have been trying to figure out why for a while now. Customer support isn't helping either. How can I get my Adobe Portfolio working properly?

Are you submitting for Portfolio support through this link: https://help.myportfolio.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=177168 ? What response have you received from support? What are they suggesting that you have already tried? From your screen it looks like you are trying to edit the background color, but are you saying when you save it isn't changing? And for the light/dark are you unable to choose anything or what is happening when you choose an option?
