Adobe Portfolio- Cover left splash page won't upload photo

I'm in the process of creating my first website with Adobe Portfolio. On one splash page that I've created, anytime I click on the "click to upload an image/video", the photo doesn't get added. I've checked that the image is the correct size and file type, but no matter what, it never loads the image I choose. What am I doing wrong?

I actually just figured it out. It wasn't working because I was using Safari, so I switched to Chrome and it worked immediately.
