Adobe portfolio emails

My Adobe Portfolio contact page sends emails to ‘Social’ within my gmail account. And not Primary. Why is this? I’ve missed a potential client lead by not seeing the email they send me through my form.. Is there a way of changing the settings?

This is not an Adobe problem.  It's a G-mail problem.   G-mail sorts messages by what it "thinks" is the best match.  If it doesn't suit your needs, you can move desired messages from Social  folder into your Inbox.  And then create a rule for all future messages that come from your Portfolio site.
