Adobe Portfolio - Live Update button missing

Hello, My live update button is missing on my adobe portfolio so it won't allow me to make changes, how do I make it come back?

    Sorry for the late reply. 

     

    Do you have a paid Creative cloud plan?

    Please log-in to your account below to confirm your plan is active and payment details are up to date.

    Log-in to Portfolio below.  Trying using a different web device that supports cookies and does not have script blocking add-ons.  Also try decreasing zoom level -- on a desktop Ctrl/Cmd +  - (minus).  Repeat as needed.

    Hi,

    I have the same issue as Louise and I have checked that my plan is up to date as well as tried the zoom in/out solution. It did not resolve the issue. Could someone please let me know if there's another solution?

    Try using a different device.  Portfolio's editing portal is designed to work with the latest desktop browsers: 

    • Firefox (PC & Mac),
    • Chrome (PC & Mac),
    • MS Edge (PC only),
    • Safari (Mac only).
