Adobe Portfolio Social Media Links Do Not Work. Is there a fix?

I have a website with social media buttons, created in Adobe Portfolio. I have followed the steps and the links work when previewing inside Adobe Portfolio. However, when my site is saved (or published), the links do not work. Has anyone had this problem or have any suggestions on how to fix this? My site is www.kelleyalbertdesign.com - the icons are in the upper right hand corner. Thanks.

Hi Kelley,

There is a problem with how your Portfolio site is configured to work with your domain name.  Your domain should resolve to a secure https:// server.  That's not happening and that's also why your social media links don't work.

See screenshot.  Your site's url should be https : // kelleyalbertdesign . com (no www prefix).

See this help article on manually configuring a custom domain name.

https://help.myportfolio.com/hc/en-us/articles/216489627-Manually-configuring-a-custom-domain

Your DNS provider's site should have four A records, one set for each of your Portfolio IP addresses (www and @).  Let's Encrypt (SSL certificate) is auto-generated when you set-up your custom domain name the first time and it should populate within a couple of hours.

Post back if you still have questions.
