Adobe portfolio website not working and nobody is responding to my tickets

I have tried all links, messaging, phone numbers and all support options point back to submitting a ticket. I have submited multiple tickets over the last week and NOBODY is getting back to me. Even calling the main phone support.... people ask that I submit a ticket???

 

I have lost $1000's in lost jobs due to clients not being able to see my website. I can't even login into the myportfolio.com page. It just shows error messages and "my account is not available" ????

 

Can anyone who reads this please help?
