Adobe portfolio - will the changes made during the free trial will be saved ?

Hi, I just started my free 7days trial of Adobe CC photography plan. I've decided to start building the portfolio now druring the free trial period and then start my paid plan the next month (as this month I'm not going to need it but I have more free time so I can create the website). Will the changes made on my website will be saved for when I "come back"?
