Adobe premier Pro cc no muestra blblioteca

Hola, accedi a la pestaña de biblioteca para ver que recursos podía usar en un proyecto, pero esta pestaña, me muestra el mensaje:

para usar bibliotecas creative cloud instale la aplicación de creative cloud

lo cual no tiene sentido alguno, ya que ya tengo instalado Creative Cloud.

y todavia no me aparece.

mi version es adobe premiere pro cc 2018 12.0 haberdasher

Hi Ggabooo,

As you have mentioned that you are having trouble using your Apps as it is giving an error "to use creative cloud libraries to install the creative cloud application".

I would recommend you to refer to the following help document to resolve the issue: "Failed to install" error received when installing Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app"
