Adobe Premiere Elements 2021 download trial error CustomHook_HD_EO/exe - application error

I am trying to download the Premiere Elements 2021 trial and about 80% I get this error

0x c0000022  CustomHook_HD_EO.exe - application error.

I have tried several times. Uninstalled and folders. Turned off firewall and defender virus.

Windows 10 Pro 64 bit

Hello,

I am also facing this issue, about almost 70% i got same error and i have updated windows too.
Kindly guide me what i should do? Thanks.

that's a compatibility error generated by your os, Adobe Premiere Elements system requirements

I have brand new windows 10 pro 64 bit dell

i7 gen 11

It should be compatible
