Adobe Premiere Pro CS6 downloaded, Unable to find Program to Run - Windows 10

So, recently upgraded my OS to Windows 10.

I've downloaded the Creative Suite app and made multiple downloads for the products, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, etc..

I went yesterday to locate my Premiere Pro program, but for some reason it doesn't exist. I've checked my creative suite app and I'm never given an option to "Open" the program, just a gear symbol and the works "Up to Date" next to the program. Photoshop has the Open button which does what it's supposed too, yet I can't do this for Premiere Pro, almost like it's missing the executable file to run the thing.

Has anyone had any problems similar to this? I use Premiere very regularly and not having it kind of stinks.

Any help is appreciated.

Are you using 32 bit computer or 64 bit?  If you are on 32 bit computer then you will not be able to Run Premier Pro

It is a 64 bit, I upgraded and did a clean install from Windows 8.

Check that, the clean install gave me a 32-bit OS, instead where I wanted a 64. I'll have to do another clean install when I can get to it..

Please refer to this document and see if it takes care of it:

CC desktop lists applications as "Up to Date" when not installed
