Adobe Premiere Pro Won't Finish Installation

I got Premiere Pro 2022 today and for whatever reason every time I try to install it it gets to 45 or 46% and just stops going up. please help ! 🙂

Yep, I'm using Cloud Manager.

I have 16GB RAM, easily enough storage space and decent internet so I honestly have no idea why it keeps stopping, thanks for responding though
