Adobe Presenter 10 install fails (using CCP1.5 to create the package files)

Im on a PC - packaging up Presenter 10 for x86 installation onto Windows 7 x64. Need to be Presenter x86 installer as on our Image is MS Office 2010 x86 which Presenter adds the Add-On too. I am using the  Creative Cloud Packager 1.5 to make the Presenter 10 x86 package files (with the correct Enterprise Serial Number for).

When the package files are completed - I run the Setup.exe as Administrator and it starts to progress for install then the progress bar rolls back and the installer end. Tried using SCCM for deployment and the MSI error code returned is error 1603.

FYI - using CCP1.5 and doing the x64 package files for Presenter 10 and the install works fine under our Windows 7 x64 Image (including in SCCM) - but obviously the Presenter Add-on will not work under MS PowerPoint as it is the x86 version of MS Office 2010.

Your advice on this matter would be greatly appreciated

    An update on this issue

I have successfully used CCP to package up Presenter 10 as a 23bit package using the PresenterW32 folder from the Presenter 10 installer.

When installing the package to test if it works the install starts with the progress bar progressing and then the progress bar "rolls back" and the installer exits with no errors or dialogue box. Install fails

Any ideas would be very much welcome as this is becoming a very time expensive exercise for this Package creation.

    Hi Paul,

You mentioned that you created 32 bit package. Instead you need to create 64 bit package for 64 bit OS and select PresenterW32 folder as an offline media as stated in the bove steps.

    Hi There,

If you have Office 32 bit, and OS 64 bit then you need to add Presenter 32 bit media as "Offline Media" .

Please find the below steps to create a package for Pn 32 bit and OS 64 bit :

    Launch CCP.

Click on Create package and click Next.

Give the name of the package , location to save it , License type as "Serial Number License" , Select "32- bit Package if your OS is 32 bit or select 64- bit Package if you OS is 64 bit" .

Click Next and Enter the serial Key for Presenter 10. Click Next.

    Click "Offline Media" .

    Click on Browse .

Browse to Presenter 10 Installer and select "PresenterWin32" and click Ok.

    Click on Extract.

Select Presenter 10 and click Done.

    Click on Build .

    Regards,

    Mayank

Than you for the response - I have tried what you suggested and CCP gives the following error when trying to Build the Package:

So if you have any more assistance you can offer that would be much appreciated

    Cheers - Paul
