Adobe Pro XI Download

I can't seem to successfully download this program on a Surface Pro. It has worked once, i.e. accepted my seriel number, but now I'm back in the do loop of it stating my seriel number is valid but doesn't match anything on my computer.

Denise531 have you tried removing and reinstalling Adobe Acrobat XI Professional? You may also want to try using the Acrobat cleaner tool which can be found at http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.html.
