Adobe product registered to an inactive email address

Hi. I have an Adobe product (Adobe Creative Suite 6 Master Collection) registered to an email address that is no longer active. Unfortunately, I don't even remember this address anymore because I have been using a different one for years. How can I update my information in my Adobe account?

you cannot without knowing the account used to purchase or register your cs6.

At this point I wouldn't worry about this too much. If your software works, then continue to use it. Adobe is no longer resetting activation counts or supporting installations so if something goes wrong your only option would be to buy the new cloud licenses or consider alternative solutions.

if the op is trying to reinstall, they need the email.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
